It consists of offering the employee personalized service with nutritionist, free of charge and focus on food reeducation. Attendance takes place in the company's outpatient clinic, in partnership with SESI. The project started in 2007 and more than 460 employees have already been served.
It is held in partnership with six gyms at Brusque/SC. The project aims to encourage the accomplishment of physical activity for employees and their families, with the objective of promoting health and quality of life. Various modalities of physical activities with differentiated values and/or cost help by the company are offered. This project started in 2007 and more than 1,300 employees have already been served.
It provides employees and families with learning a new language, through classes at schools. The course can be of English, Spanish, German and French according to the signed agreements. ZEN funds part of the monthly fee as a way to encourage the practice of other languages, contributing to the personal and professional development of the employee. The project started in 2008 and more than 750 people have already been served.
In order to encourage volunteering, this action started in 2006 and has since been held every year. It consists of an internal toy collection campaign and subsequent delivery to a predominantly unprivileged community or institution that is chosen by the volunteer employees in the project. For the delivery of the toys an event is organized, with activities in partnership with other companies, associations and people. This activity makes Christmas more participatory and joyful, with more meaning for both the volunteers and more than 3,500 children who have benefited over the years.
The main objective is to reduce the impact of technological resources on the environment through the recycling of equipment, waste disposal and a structure that allows a longer life for technological infrastructures. Some of the actions include: Campaign for the collection of electronic waste; Partnership with Terracycle, which aims to recycle large quantities of wastes that are difficult to recycle and the "MovimentaAção" (Action Movement) Event, to raise awareness about the use of natural resources.
For more than 10 years ZEN has used the main fiscal incentive laws of the country, such as the Rouanet Law, Sports Law, Elder Law, Cancer Law and Physical Mobility (PRONON and PRONAS) and the Fund for Childhood and Adolescence (FIA) , to enable donations of resources to hospitals, professional qualification programs, cultural activities and sports sponsorship.
The amounts transferred to each project are calculated based on the company's profit during the year, with part of the amount due to the Income Tax reverted to projects that fall under the tax incentive laws. Learn more about some of them.

Integrated Care II: Humanized care for children and teenagers; and Folklore of Brazil.
The project portrays stories of Brazilian folklore, consolidating its role in the formation of audience and diffusion of popular culture through scenic language and the poetics of the universe of children, with stories to nourish, awaken, enhance and exercise the imagination of children of all the ages.
The Barretos hospital is a large Brazilian center for diagnosis and treatment of cancer with 100% care by SUS. There are more than 5 thousand visits per day. Its objective is to meet unprivileged people from all over Brazil, providing a good service in a humanized way. The incentive project is aimed at the protection of the elderly, ensuring their participation in the community guaranteeing them the right to life.
The Vida & Saúde Hospital, located in Santa Rosa is a benchmark in the Macro Missioneira region. The Institution provides assistance in several areas: Oncology, Hemodialysis, Surgical Block, UPA, SAMU, Traumatology, Adult ICU, Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Diagnostic Center and Clinical Center. The hospital has an average of about 1 thousand hospitalizations per month. And the project supported was the acquisition of magnetic resonance imaging equipment to accelerate and qualify the diagnosis, prevention and combat of cancer.
It consists of a theater season with a total of 30 performances, 12 shows being selected (7 national, 2 locations and 3 invited shows) with free tickets to ZEN employees and dependents and at a popular price for other viewers. In parallel to the season there is a training workshop for actors with 200 hours class, open to the community.
ZEN supports this project from the Brusquense Association of Sports and Leisure that provides the practice of volleyball for children and teenagers in the cities of Brusque, Botuverá and Guabiruba. With weekly training sessions and coaches and specialized technicians monitoring, thus allowing the participation of young people in several championships. The project aims to make these young people more motivated, improving physical and mental health and expanding their network of relationships. More than 1,000 students are served, forming basic selections with possibility of use in professional selections.
Project provides the contact of small patients and relatives, with activities involving arts and culture. The project "I See It Like That" brings to the day-to-day of the Hospital a playful and dreamy environment, stimulating the artistic talent of the children served.
